Description of the issue

When enabling the option for the classic titlebar, a 32px black strip is introduced across the top of the image when in fullscreen, also introducing black pillars when aspect ratio is maintained:

"Show Title Bar (Requires restart)" option OFF:

Reproduction steps

  • Navigate to Options > Settings
  • Enable "Show Title Bar (Requires restart)"
  • Load software and enter fullscreen

Try the canary release. There's a change for title bar stuff in there, I think it fixes this.
