Description of the issue

I get a constant scratchy audio even though it's a constant 30fps, and a constant 60fps with the 60fps patch.

Reproduction steps

Just run the game on an arm-based mac mini.

The bug is not exclusive to ARM Macs. It happens in x86 PCs as well.

Setting CPU to host (fast) fixes it (tested with SDL2) so the bug is with host unchecked.

I believe cpu was set to Fastest by default on the Mac version. SDL2 is also the only option that will get me audio.

This only happens with Graphics Backend Multithreading set to On, turning it to Off resolves the issue.

@darksaviorx might just be a solution for x86 then, I suppose on m4 you will have to set CPU Memory Manager Mode to Host (fast)

Recommending users to install a native library and replace said native library is not a solution. That can and will cause issues I don't want to clog support channels with. Now I insist on blocking you from my repo
