[Bug]Gsync active on Windows but not on Linux version #288

Description of the issue

I use a dual boot PC with W10 and OpenSUSE TW 15.6
GPU is an Nvidia GTX 1080 and monitor an Asus ROG PG348Q with integrated Gsync.

Out of the desktop managers I tested, LXQT (X11) provides the best compatibility for Gsync, as others are picky.

Gsync is active on other emulators on Linux on exclusive fullscreen mode, eg MAME, Retroarch, Ares, and even Snes9x, but unfortunately regarding Ryujinx, it is not activated on OpenSUSE, neither on Vulkan nor OpenGL. Gsync indicator shows "Normal" instead of Gsync. Same applies to the other Ryujinx port. Vsync is active fortunately so there is no tearing.

On Windows 10 Gsync is activated without issues.

Reproduction steps

On Linux Nvida settins activate Gsync indicator. On Ryujinx it is shown as normal on full screen.
