Description of the issue

My GPU displays graphical artifacts all over the screen during gameplay (The black rectangles flicker, not so visible in the screenshot, just their outlines on the grass), but the menu is fine. When I switch to the integrated graphics on my CPU, the artifacts disappear. OpenGL didn't start at all.
