Confirmed with Piplup on Discord on the fix.
More context: my Linux is running on locale zh_TW.UTF-8, but when opening via Ryujinx.sh or AppImage it shows no text, after applying LANG=C.UTF-8 before running the shell script (i.e. LANG=C.UTF-8 ./Ryujinx.sh) it works like a charm.

This is the after image I have got.
