[Bug] application doesn't support desired language #396

Description of the issue

I think I dump right xci file, but I cannot choose desired language.

  1. install botw xci which should support chinese
  2. in Settings->System, choose Region China, Language Chinese
  3. open game, it show English

@GreemDev Yes, you're right. Can we add some more detail log? Like print ApplicationControlProperties.SupportedLanguageFlag and DesiredLanguage in log?

I have try to do it myself, but I don't know C#. fd59cfca96 (diff-c767ec0a2c508a83861ece63c404ff2bd5f52f2a70789d4693b6ad8cfc345b20R139) will throw exception
