Overview

Implement a dropbox in the general tab to toggle between "Portable Mode" or normal mode. As normal mode is default, when user choose "Portable Mode", the emulator will somehow automatically create a folder called portable next to the exe file, and then move all the files needed into it. On the contrary, when user choose back to normal mode, the emulator can also move all the files under portable mode back to the original location.

Why would this feature be useful?

I normally use portable mode, but when I try to test PR builds, I always need to manually move these files back to the original location for the test build to read my old configuration, and after test, I have to move them back by creating a new portable folder. This is not that convenient. I think this change can make testing prs more easily.
