Description of the issue

When the Ryujinx theme is set to light mode, the User Profile Manager fails to visually indicate which user profile is currently selected. This makes it difficult for users to determine the active profile. The selection highlighting works correctly in dark mode.

This fix is present in Canary 1.2.104 and later. It will not be in stable until the next release though.
For the time being, you can switch to Canary if you want.
