Overview

The main tile panel of Ryujinx should show, along with the game name, the currently installed version/update. Today, in order to know the latest installed update we must view the game directory, or click on the game tile, and chose manage updates. This works well, but also cannot tell at a glance the version, and overall which games are at 1.0 and which ones are updated.

Why would this feature be useful?

Saves user time by displaying the installed game versions, instead of examining each name individually.

we've had this suggestion before; i'm not adding new info to the grid layout because i would need to make every single bit of information togglable to keep similar to the current behavior, where the names are togglable on/off.
If you want more information, use the list view. The Grid view is for a minimalistic UI experience to those who want it, similar to the Switch app library screen.
