Overview

Make it easier to enable the dirty hacks hidden menu rather than going to the config file.

Smaller details

A way of implementing this could be clicking the hacks button 5 times to enable the menu, similar to developer mode on android

Why would this feature be useful?

Right now it is semi-difficult to enable the dirty hacks menu, which may be annoying if you have multiple portable modes or operating systems if you need the hacks. Close this issue if it would be a waste of time to implement
