Description of the issue

All subsequent openings are without delay. It would be nice to see this fixed, since waiting for it to open the first time is quite annoying. (Yes, it's not a big deal, but it would be nice for it to always open smoothly.)

Reproduction steps

Cold launch the app, open the 'Settings' page, and experience the lag/delay.
