Description of the issue

After updated from 1.2.78, the program just cannot be started. After running the exe file, the console just pop up showing a failure notice and soon terminate itself without leaving any logs.

Tried “Run As Administrator”，nothing changed.

Tried 1.2.80 and 1.2.81. Both have the same issue.
