Description of the issue

If you set the scaling to 175% or higher in Windows display settings elements of the UI like File, Options, and Actions etc. become difficult to click on or impossible to click on depending on the scaling percentage. This only seems to be an issue if the TItle Bar is enabled. Setting the scaling to 175% the elements mentioned are just barely clickable. Any higher and they are impossible to click.

Reproduction steps

Set Windows scaling in display settings to 175% or higher and have the Title Bar option enable in the emulator settings. Then try selecting the elements mentioned above.
