Overview

Add video option for individual game (vulkan or opengl)

Smaller details

simply add to the conceptual menu of the game window the ability to change the video mode

Nature of request

I have games that crash on Vulkan but work fine on OpenGL and vice versa

Why would this feature be useful?

not having to change global settings every time you want to play a specific game

closing since this is basically just a lesser custom configs (only one option configurable), and we're getting proper custom config support
