Description of the issue

1.Controller does not work on launch (Potential focus issue)
•When starting Ryujinx, the controller does not respond.
•However, after clicking anywhere in the Ryujinx window with the mouse, the controller starts working.
•This suggests that Ryujinx may not be properly acquiring window focus at startup.

2.When setting Ryujinx to fullscreen, the Windows taskbar remains visible
•Pressing Alt + Enter does not properly hide the taskbar, preventing true fullscreen.
•Pressing F11 twice is required to fully enter fullscreen mode.

Additional Information
•This issue does not occur in Ryujinx 1.2.69.
•This suggests that something introduced or changed after 1.2.69 may be causing the problem.

Reproduction steps

Controller Issue (Including Focus Issue):
1.Connect a controller (e.g., Xbox or DualShock 4) and launch Ryujinx.
2.Start a game and attempt to use the controller.
3.The controller does not respond.
4.Click anywhere inside the Ryujinx window with the mouse, and the controller starts working.

Fullscreen Issue (Windows 11):
1.Launch Ryujinx with fullscreen enabled and start a game.
2.The Windows taskbar remains visible.
3.Pressing F11 twice properly enters fullscreen mode.
