Description of the issue

Hello Author,
When I tried running version 1.2.82, the program failed to start. Instead, a CMD window popped up for less than a second and then disappeared, with no application launching afterward.

I tested older versions sequentially and found that only versions 1.2.78 and below work properly. All versions above 1.2.78 fail to start.

In your release notes for version 1.2.82, you mentioned raising the minimum Windows 10 version requirement. Could this be the reason why versions above 1.2.78 fail to start on my system?

My system details:

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

CPU: Intel i7-13700K

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070

I also tried installing both .NET 9 and .NET 8, but neither resolved the startup issue.
