Overview

Include a Gamemode checkbox on Linux builds to enable Feral Gamemode, just like Torzu did.

Smaller details

Feralgamemode is a very common application on Linux systems that enables many system optimizations for gaming, it could be a autoenabled checkbox. Torzu (yuzu fork) implemented this feature that is very usefull.

Nature of request

Autoenable Feralgamemode on Linux systems

Why would this feature be useful?

This would always use the optimal performance on Linux systems and also avoid systems to enter in energy safe mode (turn off screen, reduce brightnes and others),, something that is very common on normal Ryujinx.

Gamemode is automatically enabled if you run the Ryujinx.sh file on Linux and gamemode is detected on your system. I'm not sure what the difference is with "feral" gamemode but I imagine it won't be much, as gamemodes are typically not doing much in the first place.

Wow... didn't knew that Ryujinx.sh did it. Maybe just make it more explicit in the documentation would do the job. Thanks for the info.

I assume they called it Feral Gamemode, since it's made by Feral Interactive
