if the translation is the same as in English you don't need to translate it.
preferably you would roll back translations of resolutions, like 1080p, technical names, like ExeFS or SoundIO, and other text if the translation fully matches the English one.

i personally also find it easier to read when just 1 locale is filled out compared to if all of them are filled out, as i can very quickly see that they all match because the rest are empty.
