The Rumble toggle is default off? i think i'd just be nicer to change that to on!

If this gets added, I think it may be best to create a toggle where you can choose if Rumble/Motion is enabled by default or not.

to give this request clarity, GreemDev has the personal preference of rumble off, so hes gonna keep it that way.
